Group Rate Discounts are based on the total number of participants who register together. You must mention the names of the other participants on this registration form.

Lodging and Workshop Payment: (*Prices are subject to change without notice!)
Workshop Payment:You may pay a deposit of $200 now, with the remaining balance to be paid 45 days prior to the session you will attend. Please use this option only if your financial situation requires you to do so. (When using credit card, the maximum amount can be charged is $200.00, the remaining should be paid by check or money order.)

Cancellation and other policy: Cancellation must be made in writing more than 45 days before your session starts for reimbursement of tuition. However, a $200 service charge will apply to all cancellations before the deadline.  If cancellation is made less than 45 days before your session starts, a full tuition will be expected and charged.  You have the option to reschedule for another workshop within one year of the cancellation date, in which case only a $100 switching fee will be charged. Fees may not under any circumstances be refunded after the deadline or applied to another participant's tuition. Please be aware that if the full tution is not paid 15 days before your session starts, a $45 will be charged. You may not apply more than one discount offer per person.
