Setup Equipment

Audio and video equipment required on location:

1. One head table with a video camera mounted on a tripod.
2. Independent microphone system with a clip-on type.
3. One small tv on the head table for Mike to observe.
4. One TV (20" to 35") per 10 to 30 participants. If you expect 60 people, you need two larger ones (27" or larger) or four medium ones (27" or smaller).  Use of projector on a large screen is generally discouraged because sometime it is necessary to dim the house light which may affect the participants to see their own drawing on their table.
5. Each participant needs 3 feet wide by 2 feet deep table space. A 8 feet wide conference table can accommodate up to 3 people. Allow all participants' tables to face the head table when setting up the room.
