Hey Milo, I know we have had this discussion before, I think your work does have a fine art quality to it. My only comment would be your people look very illustrative, if you made them look more proportional and more fine art like, I can see this piece hanging in somebody's living room . . . there is a very fine line between fine art and illustration and with you, I think, it is only the people. Excellent drawing . . .

This is a renovation project of an existing shopping center in Orange County, California. I collaborated with a local architect in developing the facade to get a "European old world" kind of look. I used all prismatic color pencils on the entire rendering, which took me a couple of days to develop.

BeLoose is a workshop where the experience will definitely change people's lives and increase their confidence beyond their expectation.
