Hamyang Four Seasons Eco-Resort is designed to be a world-class lifestyle community. Located in a valley of the South Korean mountain range, the resort will make a significant impact through its well-conceived and thoughtful design, and through its conscientious efforts to create a sustainable, environmentally friendly development. Housing will include 2,000 timeshare units, 500
single unit cottages, and a retirement community with 500 units. These housing towers are juxtaposed with low-lying, curved communal buildings, artist residences, schools, and cultural facilities that are tailored to the natural terrain.
